5203 Tealight Wax

I decided to try the Sasol tealight wax because I wanted to use the right product for the right end result. What a disappointment. I wasted 50 tea light cups, fragrance and wicks. I ended up with crystalline tea lights that don’t burn very well at all with a scent throw that was fairly average despite trying different melt temps and different pouring temps. They look awful so I can’t sell any of them. I contacted customer services to complian and asked for advice and was told that the labs would look into it and someone would respond. I waited and waited and no response, so I’ve chased it up and still no response, not even an acknowledgement. I’m a good and frequent customer so the attitude of candle shack is very disappointing. Don’t waste your money on this product until candle shack add usage info on the product listing.

First time I’ve used this product really impressed with working with it. Still waiting to burn awaiting cure. been looking for wax specific for tea lights.

Product & service 1st class as usual. I haven’t used them yet as I am still looking for packaging. It would be helpful if packaging was stocked for these large T Lights.

At last I can make amazing tealights. Always thought it was easier to buy than make because mine always failed in both burn time and flame height. I only work with Sasol wax in my containers so thought I would try the tealight version and it is perfect. Candle Shack provide the tealight wax, wicks and cups, so give it a go, you won't be disappointed.
