This policy refers to candle making supplies purchased directly from this website. It does not apply to Wholesale or Private Label goods.
You can make a request to return most items within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The item must remain in a salable condition and be returned at your cost. If approved, we must receive the item within 28 days of the original delivery.
Important! We do not accept returns of fragrance oils, Augeo, hand wash or hand lotion. This is due to the nature of these products and the fact that they can be tampered with. Please try the sample sizes of these products first so you can test them and make sure you are happy with the performance before buying the larger sizes.
If you need to return an item, or claim for a damaged item, simply use the 'Find my Order' tool below.
Goods damaged in transit to you will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. We will attempt wherever possible to replace broken items, but in the case of glass, which is both fragile and heavy, we may choose to provide a refund instead or ship a replacement with a future order.
Please inform us of any damaged goods within three days of receiving the order. Photographic evidence of damage is required and can be uploaded using the returns tool (below).
If your fragrance, Augeo or other liquid arrives damaged or has leaked in transit, please do not open the bottle. Place the bottle on a digital scale and send photos of this and any other damage to firstname.lastname@example.org Please note we cannot replace any fragrance if the seal on the bottle has been broken.
Once a return is approved, please ensure you return the goods to us unused within 28 days of the original delivery. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited.
