CANDLE-PL-100210

Hope is a powerful word, and one that we need to surround ourselves with especially in difficult times. Like the rest of the world, we’re watching the invasion of Ukraine and we’re hurting for the people living through this senseless war.

So, we created our Hope candles to raise funds and show love, support, and care for those around the world that are affected by the tragedy of war and conflict. You may hear about Ukraine less in the news, talk about it less with your friends and family but that’s not right. It’s still ongoing and very very real and we want to do our most to help. So, we’ll be donating £3 per Hope Candle Sold to Project HOPE and their efforts to support Ukraine. We're donating 100% of the profits of this candle and only keeping the cost of making it.

Our 20cl Hope candle is scented with our beautiful floral, musky Damson Plum, Rose & Patchouli fragrance oil. This is a warm and inviting fragrance that we think perfectly embodies the feeling of hope.

For more than 60 years, Project HOPE has transformed the health and well-being of people and communities around the world. They work on the front lines of the world’s health challenges, partnering hand-in-hand with communities, health care workers and public health systems to ensure sustainable change.

Project HOPE has been working with the Ukraine since 2002, and most recently has been assisting with the conflict that has broken out in 2022. To date, Project HOPE’s support has included the delivery of essential medicines, medical equipment, and consumables as well as hygiene kits and other non-food items like towels and bedding. Project HOPE’s teams are also working with partners and developing action plans to address health, mental health, and psychosocial support (MHPSS), additional non-food items, protection, and water and hygiene needs in Ukraine and among refugees. We wish to give them as much support as possible for their work.
