Buying fragrance online is hard. You can't smell it through a screen, so most of us fall back on what we know - the candle a friend gave us, the diffuser in a hotel lobby, the scent that drifts out of a shop on a Saturday afternoon. "I want something that smells a bit like that" turns out to be one of the most honest ways to describe a fragrance.

Blueprints is our answer. It's a discovery mechanism - a way to find fragrances by referencing the ones you already know and love. Each Blueprint emulates the character of a well-known scent, constructed from the base up by our perfumery team.

Cheryl and the team study the architecture of the world's most iconic fragrances - the balance, intensity and structure that makes them unforgettable - then rebuild that logic as a Blueprint of our own. We've spent years developing fragrances for some of the world's most admired luxury brands, so this is the kind of thinking we do every day.

Our Blueprints often differ from their reference in small ways, and that's intentional. Sometimes it's a different route to the same character. Sometimes it's technical - optimising the formulation for the way candles, melts, soaps and diffusers actually perform. The point isn't to be identical. It's to be in the same direction - if you love one, you'll likely love the other.

Every Blueprint is tested rigorously in our own lab - scent throw, hot and cold profile, performance over burn. It's a step a lot of the market quietly skips. We don't.
