Apricot & Coconut Wax, Plant Wax Blend

Candle Shack Apricot & Coconut wax is a hybrid container blend containing Soy, Coconut, Apricot and Mineral waxes. This wax brings the best of both worlds, combining the stability and hot throw of mineral wax, with a carefully curated mixture of plant waxes, to improve the burning performance and aid melt pool formation. With a melting point around 50C, this blend is also suitable for use in warmer climates. We recommend LX series wicks, or Single Ply wooden wicks with this wax.

Product Details

The recommended fragrance addition temperature is 70-80°C and pouring temperature 65-75°C.
Boxes contain 5 slabs of wax, each weighing approximately 5.1kg. The slabs can be separated with some effort, but are usually stuck together, so are described as a 'block' wax.

Beautiful wax, smooth tops and even burn, best to have some hang up as wax gradually slides down the jar on subsequent burns. Very easy to use. Still testing wicks but Effete is currently burning beautifully

I absolutely love this wax. It is by far the best wax Candle Shack has produced. It is so easy to work with, gives perfect tops, excellent glass adhesion, and a fantastic scent throw both cold and hot. Most importantly, it has made my production process much easier and far more reliable.

I chose Apricot & Coconut because I needed a more sustainable wax that would perform better in warmer conditions. I work in an old building where the temperature can rise very quickly, especially when the sun comes out, and summer can become difficult to manage. Last year I had to stop making candles for three weeks because I could not control sweating on the candles.

This wax has made a huge difference and solved a major production problem for me. Truly amazing. Thank you, Candle Shack x
