Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the quality of the products.

The black cylindrical candle boxes and wooden lids are good quality and overall I’m happy with them. However, one issue was that the metal lids and paper tubes were shipped separately rather than already assembled together as shown in the product photos. This meant I had to manually put everything together myself, which took extra time and storage space. Without the lids attached, some of the paper tubes were also easier to deform during storage and handling.

I also noticed an issue with the gold metal candle lids. After using around half of the batch so far, I found that approximately 10 of the lids were actually silver instead of gold, which did not match the order. I have not yet opened the remaining boxes, so I’m currently unsure whether there may be additional incorrect items.

Another area that I think could really be improved is the delivery and communication process. The tracking information was rarely updated, so it was difficult to know when the order would actually arrive. I spent a lot of time emailing and calling to confirm delivery arrangements, and there were occasions where a delivery date was confirmed but the shipment did not arrive as scheduled.

Overall, I still think the product quality is very good, but I hope the packaging, order accuracy, and delivery communication can be improved in the future.

Fits nicely without a lid on the candle, but the lid wouldn't sit perfectly with a wooden lid. Wasn't bad enough to knock a star off for.

Looks very smart when all packaged up together.

Will be buying more if I go pro with my hobby.
