I’ve also bought my candle making products from candleshack esp my wooden wicks & sustainers. Sadly these have been changed & aren’t fit for purpose, they don’t hold the wicks straight & bend, they are v flimsy. I have sent an email as I’ve now got lots of sustainers that I can’t use, but sadly I haven’t had a reply. have no idea where to find the old ones & can’t make my candles without them! Please bring back the old ones.

The quality is very different from what you have in the past.

Please go back to the old sustainers these new ones are shocking 😳

Important Update on Product Quality
The 5-star reviews are for the old wood wick sustainers that Candle Shack used to sell. Unfortunately, they have now switched to a new version that is very poor quality.
The new sustainers are extremely cheap, bend very easily, and cause the wood wicks to sit crooked instead of straight. This is a major issue for candle making and affects the final product significantly.
I’m really disappointed that they discontinued the previous model because those were excellent. I had been purchasing them regularly from Candle Shack without any problems. I wasn’t aware of this change when I placed my order, and now I’m stuck with 1,000 sustainers that I won’t use.
These should not have been put on the market in their current state. Sadly, I now need to find a better alternative.
Do not waste your money.
